hey there earthlings !

just got myself a blog all thanks to YUNNIE minah-kutu-misai...

Anw, here's an update on yesterday's event right at beach road. It was the 2007th Standard Chartered Marathon and guess what ?

I WAS PART OF THE RACE !!!

...as a baggage crew..lols

Reach there at around 2.55 freaking a.m by taking a cab down from girlfriend's house which cost me a total of $17++ in my pocket...

Ya. Then i met Hock Hee there before we proceeded to the baggage tent where we met juliana and her friend. We got our free crew shirt which is sponsored by ADIDAS by the way. Breakfast was distributed but all i had was the red bean bun because it was all that seem edible to me.

Then we were assigned our jobs as runners - basically we had to arrange the participants bag according to the numbers which range from 19000 to 20000++ ... IMAGINE !

yeah..that wasn't the best part.

After the whole event ended at around 3pm, we were told to collect our so called 'incentives' from the other tent located near raffles shopping centre.

So, here's to wrap things up yesterday. I got $2o extra for expenditure and a one time 20% from ADIDAS for volunteering as a baggage crew. Guess i better sign myself up for the 2008th, 2009th, 2010th event and so on..
